BACK-TO-SCHOOL
The Foundation’s Back-to-School program provides backpacks to our students from Kindergarten-grade 11 who are in need to begin the new school year. Without these necessities, many children would not be able to do their class work nor homework assignments, and progress towards a healthy educational and professional future.
In addition to the obvious financial assistance, back-to-school supplies and resources serve many other purposes to students and teachers, to include: boosting the confidence of a student walking into a classroom at the beginning of the year with all of their supplies and reduces teachers’ stress of teaching students who are not fully-prepared to learn.
Along with backpack supplies, we also provide scholarships to 10-20 students in the amount of $100-$250 for eligible students.
